About the role
Juru is looking for a Logistics Manager who will be responsible for managing the logistics of Sustainability Business Unit (SBU), including, but not limited to travel logistics, material logistics, management of professional assets specific to SBU needs. The Logistics Manager role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day SBU operations in both office and field settings.

Job responsibilities:
Travel Logistics
- Plan and implement SBU's travel logistics;
- Manage SBU's own fleet and coordinate efficient use of vehicles;
- Supervise and assign drivers: ensure adherence to itinerary and safety regulations;
- Monitor vehicle conditions: proactively detect and resolve issues;
- Evaluate and engage external service providers (as needed) that meet SBU's travel requirements.
Material Logistics
- Plan and implement SBU 's material logistics: shipment of goods, including imports, exports, customs clearance operations;
- Ensure customs clearance and manage delivery timelines;
- Accept and verify goods upon arrival.
Professional Asset Management and Facility Support
- Plan, procure and oversee operation and maintenance of professional assets for specific SBU operational needs (calibration, guarantee checks and services, certifications (e.g., conformity) of imported/exported professional assets);
- Monitor facility infrastructure for any issues (e.g., utilities, equipment, safety) and proactively liaise with the central Facility & Logistics Manager to resolve them.

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- At least 2 years of work experience in logistics management;
- Good understanding of mechanical operation of vehicles, servicing and repairs;
- Experience with international logistics and customs is preferable;
- Experience communicating and negotiating with suppliers and handling equipment/service sourcing;
- Strong planning and coordination skills;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Spreadsheet for tracking and scheduling (Excel and/or Google Sheets);
- Fluency in both English and Russian (written and spoken) is needed;
- Proactive mindset with good problem-solving skills;
- High attention to detail and process control;
- Collaborative, results-driven, team-first attitude;
- Flexible and stress-resistant under shifting priorities.
