Juru Energy is now Juru!

I am thrilled to announce that Juru Energy is now known as Juru.

Why Are We Rebranding?

When I founded Juru Energy in 2015, my vision was to accelerate the energy transition, particularly renewable energy. We started out as a small boutique consultancy but quickly grew to become a leading provider of energy consulting services in Central Asia with around 100 FTE as of 2023.

Over the past few years, we've seen a growing demand for our services in other areas, such as environmental, infrastructure, and building systems consulting. Our Sustainability business unit, which provides environmental & social consultancy, is already one of the largest units within the firm. During this period, we have also built a strong engineering design expertise, particularly in high voltage and civil infrastructure. As a result, we have decided to rebrand the firm from Juru Energy to Juru.

The new name, Juru, reflects our broader range of services and our commitment to providing our clients with integrated solutions that address their energy, environmental, infrastructure, and building needs.

I believe that the rebranding is a natural progression for the company. It reflects our growth and commitment to providing our clients with the best possible services.

Why Now?

I believe that the time to rebrand the company is now. Over the past 8 years, we have expanded our services well beyond energy consulting and as a result, our original name, Juru Energy, no longer reflects the full range of our services.

I also believe that the rebranding will help us to reach a wider audience and to attract new clients. The new name, Juru, is more concise and easier to remember. It also has a more global feel, which is important as we expand our operations into new markets.

I am excited about the future of Juru. I believe that we have the right team, the right expertise, and the right vision to continue to grow.

As part of the rebranding exercise, we are now moving into a new web domain:  

We will hold a live stream to tell you more about the rebranding on July 8, 2023. Follow our LinkedIn page to stay updated;

• Our new website will be live at www.juru.org on July 8, 2023, on the date of our 8th Anniversary;
• Our existing website www.juruenergy.com will redirect to the new website on August 1, 2023;
• Our emails will be migrated to the juru.org domain. Current emails will continue working until December 31, 2023.
