Juru is delighted to announce its Paid Internship Program designed for third and fourth-year students/recent graduates with a desire to gain hands-on experience in consultancy and various engineering disciplines. We encourage candidates from the Central Asia region to apply to our Internship Program in the following areas:

What We Expect From You
- You are the senior BSc/MSc student or a recent graduate in the field you are applying to the internship;
- You are highly organized, diligent, and self-motivated;
- You have a good command of English (particularly written);
- Your knowledge of Russian and Uzbek can be an asset;
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills;
- You are a good user of Google Workspace;
- Previous internship/work experience in a similar area is an advantage.

- Monthly gross salary of 4,000,000 UZS for full-time;

Duration of the Internship Program: 3 months
Employment Type: Internship
- Stage 1. Submitting the Application Form - as the first stage of the selection process, you will need to complete this application form.
- Stage 2. Testing Cognitive Abilities - shortlisted applicants will receive invitations to complete the online test, which will assess abilities such as problem-solving, critical thinking, communication skills, and others. Full details will be provided to those who proceed to this stage.
- Stage 3. Completing Task - candidates will need to complete role-specific tasks within certain time frames.
- Stage 4. Team Interview - candidates who have passed stage 3 will be invited to the interview, where team members will ask questions regarding the task completed and some other role-relevant questions.
- Stage 5. HR Interview - as the final stage of the selection process, candidates will go through the HR interview, where their people skills and cultural fit will be checked.
Deadline to submit the application form: February 28, 2026
- Stage 1 results will be announced by: March 9, 2026
- Stage 2 will take place between March 10 and March 17, 2026
- Stage 3 will take place between March 18 and 28, 2026
- Stage 4 will take place between March 30 and April 10, 2026
- Stage 5 will take place between April 13 and 24, 2026

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted at each stage. If you do not hear from us (or don't see your name on our social channels) within 3 days after the deadlines mentioned above, it means your application was not successful this time.
