The purpose of this assignment is to update Renewable Energy Investors Guide reflecting latest energy and RE developments and changes in the RE legislation and RE project implementation stages. The Consultant will update the Renewable Energy Investment Guide with focus on current legislation, practices, and regulations for RE projects and review step-by-step each phase of RE investment starting from project initiation to commissioning of power plant.

Task 1: Update of Uzbekistan Renewable Energy Investment Guide.

• Bilateral contracts
• Registration of land rights, design, and survey work permits
• Grid connection procedure
• Preliminary project procedures and design

• Legal procedures for obtaining permission for land acquisition
• Construction and installation works, commissioning of RE power plant
• State registration of the right to a constructed renewable energy facility
• Comprehensive testing of the electric installation and commissioning of the automated commercial energy metering system
