Envision Energy has been selected as a Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Supplier for several wind farm projects in Uzbekistan. In order to ensure compliance with local standards and regulations in the area of WTGs, the Client contracted Juru to perform regulatory due diligence as per the following.

Services provided

• Identify and review local requirements and standards regulating procurement, transportation, installation, commissioning and O&M of the WTGs, namely:
• HSE requirements for installation, commissioning and O&M;
• Transportation requirements on the territory of Uzbekistan;
• Safety requirements, including electrical safety, firefighting, working at heights, etc.;
• Testing and commissioning requirements. 
• Review local E&S laws and regulations applicable to WTGs;
• Develop a list of applicable permits including respective requirements;
• Assess Clients technical documentation and SOPs to comply with safety requirements during installation and O&M phases;
• Prepare a Report on the findings;
• Providing detailed explanatory notes on the clarification requests considering practical application and implementation of critical regulations and procedures.
